Pros
This is for your back, so the bulky front business is superfluous. It's perfect and worth every penny.
Helps with my sciatica and herniated lower lumbar discs. Of course i stil have pain, but this brace really is a miricle. Helps to relieve pain caused by disc stenosis.
Light, breathable, great pully system support. It's comfortable and it's extremely supportive. Order the next size larger instead of ordering a size down.
Cons
Almost all such belts raise the blood pressure massively. The turtle shell thing it comes with is pretty worthless. Not concealing at all and provides no support.

The front belt is smaller on the small and easier to wear although the medium has a wider band which has a bit more sizehip support it felt too bulky

I also can bend over for 46 weeks so this is something that doesnt allow me to bend over
