Pros

This is for your back, so the bulky front business is superfluous. Working good, only problem is it keeps sliding up.

I bought a medium and i weigh 150 lbs and i'm 54. I like this back brace because i have a slouching issue. It's a little annoying putting on the brace because the pieces with velcro often get stuck on other velcro.

It's perfect and worth every penny. Just wish the material was softer. Very good quality and a great sale when ordered.

Cons

Almost all such belts raise the blood pressure massively. The turtle shell thing it comes with is pretty worthless. It moves around a lot & doesn't stay put when you’re moving around in it.
