Pros & Cons
Pros
It's the spice used on the original sandwiches i used to buy at east coast healthfood stores in the 1970s. It's also great on salads and cooked veggies. I really like it on eggs but it improves just about everything you put it on.
Spike is delicious. If you are on the avocado toast train – this is my jam. My fiance has a sodium problem.
Cons
Terrible taste. I tried to return it however it's not eligible for return.
