I didnt even need to set the phone to 34screen protector mode34 or reconfigure my fingerprints for it to work

Although i find it takes a few split seconds more for the phone to read my fingerprint than if i was to not use one at all

Many cheaper alterantives have a cutout in that area which increases risk of getting it caught on something and ripping off the protector
