Pros

Up close photos and enriching vocabulary create a great non-fiction text. I was utterly fascinated by the photographs. The photos are bright, sharp, detailed and captioned. Many of the photos are quite dramatic.

Great book to read. My grandkids love this book! Bought this book after getting the one on snakes by the same author. This book is worth it and is very informational to me. Big fan of nature though.

My grandson who is 11 loves it. Our four year old boy really likes the book.
