Its healthy tasty and very easy to make requiring but one ingredient pumpkin seeds

To toast themafter a few minutes of toasting in a cast iron skillet the seeds were crunchier

They are raw unroasted and nothing but pumpkin seeds

Great value if you like pumpkin seeds

I only received a 3 lb bag when the picture and description said 5 lbs
