2lbs is a lot but was a good value and i will use in a few recipes
Hopefully it lasts 5 years or i’ll have to find more uses though but at this price point it can’t be beat

Malic adds a sour taste thats a little more tart than citric acid

Guess it comes from green apples and thats the type of sour it offers if youre making green apple flavor it would be a good choice however citric acid is better for most flavors and if you have it malic acids likely not needed
