Plastic ones always stay in place. The adhesive is still solid.
Cons
This is flimsy and the spices fall off. Comes with only one tray upon which to mount the snapping arms. Great idea with extremely poor execution.

It sounded it great but like the other reviews the sliding strip needs to be hammered to the underside of your cabinet

I do not like the fact that they are permanently fixed to the cabinet bottoms simply for the fact that the next person who lives in my house may not want them there and i fear damage from the adhesive
