It sometimes flaps around, but you just have to move your things around so that they aren't weighing against the running movement. We tighten all the way but it still manages to loosen itself with physical activity.

The belt is lightweight and breathable. It's so easy to use for traveling and doesn't bounce. Great for walking on the beach or going to the gym.

Running belt holds phone, energy chews, and keys. Holds phone safe and handy without any shifting or sliding like other types of hip sacks. Needed something that wouldn't be drag or rub against my back.

Cons

I already have small holes forming on the part that touches my back. Is this from friction? Never keys a credit card or anything else. It hardly barely fit my phone, no chance for a fob as well.
