The bulb has a metal back that makes it easy to compress. Now it inflates faster and much easier. The design is great because you only have one hose to worry about.

It is phenomenal to have it in the palm of your hand. The only con is that it seems to be for right handed individuals. But otherwise there's nothing to complain about.

The sphygmomanometer is well made and functions perfectly. Nothing feels cheap and i expect it to last a long time.

Cons

There is air leaking out somewhere because it starts to deflate even when the knob is fully tightened. Once it's slightly loosened it moves too quickly. The metal piece digs into your hand when you try to pump.
