Hard to tell if the voltage is correct or even if there is any

This was the only way i found a glass fuse that read voltage when it blew as the element in fuse melted and left enough on glass to conduct proper voltage but not able to run amperage single phasing a motor

Very happy and will edit this if comparison vs fluke calibrated yearly is not satisfactory
