Pros & Cons
Pros
Hot *. Will keep purchasing them. It offers great support. It’s also extremely comfortable. These are enforced by nols for a reason.
Spenco insoles in popular sizes, across all models, seem to be out of stock nationally. These insoles are amazing. These specifically were recommended by my podiatrist. I have fussy feet but these are heaven sent.
Cons
The built in metatarsal pad is totally inadequate for relieving forefoot pain. The cushioning is poor and this is most apparent in the front portion of the insole. This has a harder, thinner forefoot and less supportive arch.
Spenco total support original insole in the corresponding size did not align well with my arches. Was an okay insole. I a consistent women’s 9 but the 9-10 was way too big.
