Pros
I have fussy feet but these are heaven sent. They are wide. The only drawback is that they are not quite wide enough at the front of the shoe but it’s definitely not a deal breaker for me.
Cons
These are not what the brand should be. I’m sure they are good for other issues but not pf. Sadly, and despite no obvious statement to the contrary, returns are not accepted.
I am very angry— so expensive for a piece of cardboard that claims it’s a reputable company but isn’t. Definitely not worth > $40. Do not waste your money, go buy a decent pair of powerstep protech control.
Spenco total support original insole in the corresponding size did not align well with my arches. Was an okay insole. I a consistent women’s 9 but the 9-10 was way too big.

The “semi rigid cradle’ is very rigid and feels like i have a golf ball lodged right behind the ball of my foot. These have zero hard/polymer support.

These were about half the cost for the same insole
For the cost i couldnt ask for more
The price also hasnt gone up much over the years and i believe they have a oneyear warranty

Downside is that they are a bit rigid and slightly thicker due to the extra support they will not fit in regular pumps or ballerina flats
