Highlights
Quality
I ordered 2 sizes larger due to the toebox being massive in these shoes and after a simple trim they work perfectly
This might sound weird but if you get souls that aren’t flat you will mess with the fit of the shoe and it will hurt you while running
Great product used spenco since the 80s i would recommend
Price
A bump in durability would be nice but for the price i wont knock my rating down
Packaging/appearance
I wear orthotics and when i buy a new pair of shoes i’ll take out the flimsy insert put in the spenco insole and lay my orthotics on top
Just toss them into the washer front load and air dry periodically
Competitiveness
Read that some bootmakers recommend this specific spenco product and gave them a shot
Been using spenco inserts for over 10 years
Ive been a spenco inner sole fan for many years and will continue to be

There is no extra heel padding which would defeat the entire reason for zero drop

These are made of a thin rubber covered in nylon

These are not for arch support or cushion

Running shoes are extremely specific to fit given the type of running shoe

Regardless of the type of running shoe you absolutely should not get souls that have arch support
