Apparently this happens with reconditioned/refilled cartridges. One end of this is not connected tightly and always comes lose. Rough plastic edge and pin spring alignment seems off near the paper feed.

We have used the new print cartridge for the past week and we are getting great print results
9 months later this toner cartridge is still producing excellent prints on my laserjet 2300 and i wouldnt hesitate to recommend it
Meant to do this at 6 months but forgot

Was reluctant to purchase this since it was 3rd part and inexpensive
Price was also much cheaper than other places we checked locally
