I thought at first i had a bad cartridge so i ran the printer thru all the refresh cycles and then put in a new black cartridge and it was the same poor quality

If your just doing basic printing for personal use this product would be fine but if any of your printing is for anything of professional flyer type quality then be aware you will be very unhappy and your end result will look sloppy and very unprofessional
