This thing feels light and unfortunately a bit cheap but then ive paid upwards of £20 for them before so i guess you do get what you pay for

Secondly its got some depth this will work much much better with a chunkier traditional keyboard than a trendy flat keyboard in fact with a very flat keyboard it would probably make you contort to the point it did more harm than good

The black base of the mat is slightly sticky which prevents it moving around but does not actually stick or leave any residue on the surface

I am not sure it really will eradicate it as i use my right hand so much more than my left by using the mouse but it does help and anything which helps reduce strain on your wrists at the computer must be a good thing
