This machine is like a dream compared to our old he machine, which was plagued by poor performance. It actually uses water, lol unlike a lot of the modern machines that try to skimp on water, no this one is excellent.

The tr7 (7003 model) washer was damaged. The agitator action is so feeble that it's obvious they just included it for looks. At other times it locks up and you have to clear the memory. Do not buy.

He machines spray a tiny amount of water on dirty clothes shake them around a little fail to fully rinse and leave clothes noticeably dirty and full of soap residue

My experience with he machines was pretty bad and they haven’t improved since because they don’t use enough water and because hot water isn’t nearly hot enough to clean whites
