Wonderful product and nicely packaged. Priced right, too.
The benefits of this mufa (monounsaturated fatty acid) i add it to my berry smoothie and it is yummy. Perfect in shakes, applesauce, and many other recipes.
Love the mild grainy flavor. Got a little nutty taste and texture. Great on yogurt.
Cons
Ground flaxseed tastes awful. They were expired.
