Highlights
Quality
Since my snes and n64 can output to svideo easily i bought this to improve the quality of my sega genesis sega cd and saturn
Once the color is calibrated the quality of this is amazing
Im personally happy with the result and i do recommend this item to oldschool gamers who dont want to buy a large pvm
Once you jump through all the above hoops and assuming youre okay with the mess of cables you now have youll be happy
Shipping
They come super cheap as low as 6 usd if you count shipping
Packaging/appearance
Hope this helps someone dial their color in correctly because its way off out of the box
Picture looks amazing but right out of the box
Competitiveness
Its amazing how much better than is than svideo which i though was as good as you could get on this old consoles
I tested this on a sony wega crt tv made about 1998
For some reason my hauppauge detects the component output a 720x480
Will not work on many modern hdtvs since this is not an upscaler
