    Personally i went with a ymca membership because you can go to any “y” so when i need a pool i can go to one with a pool all y’s have heavy bags

    From what i’ve found it sounds like there was a youtube video demonstrating the full work outs and form but for whatever reason was taken down and replaced with a crummy preview “motivational” video
