Seems to be woven in two layers an outer layer thats more like a net and an inner that is like thin foam

It is sheer enough for the remote signal to penetrate but opaque enough tohide the ugly equipment and wires leading to them

I feel badly giving lower than perfect ratings not because of the quality of the product in any way simply because its characteristics did not match my personal preferences and i didnt really appreciate its design until i actually had it in hand
