I used to have the rubber ones but the would constantly roll and hurt my thighs

Most rubber bands dont have enough resistance they roll up you have to stop the exercise to fix the band and they break quickly

They are a bit wider than i was expecting but this doesnt change the functionality and keeps them from bunching at all

Considering there are so many similar resistance bands with price points all over the place on amazon i took a chance on the least expensive and least objectionable bordering on vulgar b word description

Never heard of spawn they dont appear to be a fitness equipment company and they dont do salmon eggs
