Sure beats 25 dollars a month that i was paying to att they were dropping 2g support for trail cams anyway so good riddance att anyway it was really easy to set up and it didnt take me months to learn and workaround all the bugs

Another really great thing is that you dont need is that it works on cdma and you dont have to buy a sim card and go through the ordeal of getting the sim card activated

If you have done this before with the old cameras you need to go in person to a brick and mortar cellular store to have the card activated because the activation process requires the sim card to be activated inside a real phone

For the spartan all i had to do was take this camera out of the box add lithium batteries and call verizon to activate

They werent clueless to this device like att and tmobile was with the other gsm cameras

I tested it at home for a day or so and then installed it remotely with the prefit lockbox

I havent had to return to the location to tweak the settings because i can do that from my laptop
