The connector of the dual leash to the handheld leash swivels. This is critical to me because my dogs like to switch places every two seconds on a walk. The handle is well padded.

Cons

Well in five minutes chewed apart leash on walk at busy intersection. I am not sure how this leash is chew resistant. However it is similar material to other chewed ones so i have doubts.

The bungee feature is lackluster and feels almost as if the stretch is an afterthought. The secondary grip at the base of the leash is flimsy. The additional clip for the bungee extension is uncomfortable.
