Pros
Used grain alcohol to liquify the colors. Used them to decorate the fondant seashells and fish on my mermaid themed sheet cake. Having a small container makes it easier to brush onto flowers or cookies.
Cons
Non-toxic is like saying elmer school glue is edible. The colors are a gaudy fluorescent color (which is fine is that's what you wanted) and much darker than pictured.

Totally different colors half of them are neon and the gaudiest colors

However this vendor sugar paste does have a series of colors that are specifically us certified food colors

They have no taste unlike food coloring so it wont tamper with your flavors
