I must admit that i was quite impressed with the sword
He watches a lot of anime shows so he wanted to be able to make some of the same moves his heroes make with the weapons they use
Have not use the product therefore i do not know if it’s durability
Bought this for my sons birthday and he was speechless and sooo excited

The main problem with these swords is the paint

From other reviews what i was most worried about for this was that the handle wouldnt be sturdy and the sword would end up kinda flopping around if not held really close to the guard due to the inner support not traveling the entire way up the hilt

Did develop bald spots in the paint yes it is painted with tough urethane or silicone i believe
