They are cheap and flimsy, have had better quality at a similar price from aldi last year. This was obviously a faulty batch of some sort. Way too pricey at £7 for something of poor quality.
The oven has a maximum of about 230° c. The large stain and roughened surface remain. This matt is a sacrificial mat which you would possible be able to re-use. Supposed to be reusable and dishwasher safe but destroyed on first use.
As soon as the fan starts up they flap around, and any grease or oil that they catch then splatters all over the place. Blows about and flutters with fan oven. Would not recommend for a fan assisted oven.

I know this is sad but i actually look forward to food dripping onto the floor of the oven now so i can just rince the sheet in the sink
