Folding the arm down can be a challenge if your are not ready for it to fly up at you when you press on the release bar with your foot and your have to press hard on it to get a release

I use bungees on it with no problems but i got creative with how i hook them into the crate and then on the cart back panel things do not slip and slide around when bungeed down dont know if things would stay put if not secured first or in a box or bag of some sort

Good cart but when you go to open the handle the front lifts up and makes it extremely difficult to get the handle all the way open and locked
