Beautifully written space trilogy from cs lewis. Lewis' depiction of the unman is simply incredible. Lewis's depiction of his new species not yet seen in science fiction or fantasy are brilliant.

This book is powerful in its narrative and in the monologues of it's chief characters. There's much dialog and intrigue and it's a lengthy part. The richly developed plot lines and scenes catapult the reader into strange other worlds.
