Pros

The only thing i can not attest to is it's durability/longevity since i just received it today. Overall we are very happy to have our office more organized with this file cabinet.

Clean lines and nice looking. Lightweight, yet sturdy. The handles look elegant (versus the standard, glossy silver finish).

The inside of the drawers have these linings/bumpers that keep the hanging files snug. Papers and subfolders tend to slide around within hanging files, so the bumpers work great at keeping them in place. Comes with a lock and 2 keys - which locks all ... Read More

Cons

Box was torn. Item is very thin and flimsy. Could tip over. Not good for heavy office use. How am i supposed to bet it down 2 flights of stairs?

The cabinet came dented on one side. It's flimsy - not what you'd expect from a file cabinet. The profile of the cabinet is much smaller than a more sturdy office 4 drawer filing cabinet.

The railings fail and the drawers won't close, or fall on top of the other file below it. Only one drawer locks.

Overall i’m very satisfied with the product other than the price

It came already assembled i just had to put the handles on which was very easy no key came with the drawer that lock not sure why not

I did not receive a key with the cabinet

At a price of almost 200 for this 4 drawer that is sad

This was exactly what i was looking for and the price is very reasonable

Packaging/appearance

I only mention it because others mentioned the packaging is not the greatest

Its not the sturdiest of cabinets but the heavyduty cabinets are too expensive for my budget
