Pros

The scent is so lovely! Smells like heaven! They smell so good and the hair is so soft and healthy. It smells really good, and keeps my dog's coat really soft.

Unfortunately as far as packaging the lid was loosened and not taped down to prevent leaking in transport and so about an ounce was lost
