These are a great bean if your low carb. They are the freshest black soybeans i’ve ever had. Soak overnight, 45 minutes in the instant pot. They include some sweeteners ect which he deleted.

What i found is the black soy beans dont work nearly as well as yellow for natto

We had to play with cooking in the pressure cooker because if you bring them to pressure to quickly many of the skins peel off

Then put the pressure cooker lid on set it to the lowest pressure setting and set the temp low

Once at pressure cook for 20 minutes and turn off heat
