I am now very happy with the product

There is no need for a vacuum sealer with this circulator unlike with the other circulator ive used before

Im used to this though as i have been in it from 15 years and this is how people are cant figure it out blame the product

Im pretty sure whoever that had bad reviews about the product didnt read the instructions correctly

I love this it is very easy to use and the price cant be beat

99 i think this circulator is so worth the price

So my next tasks are to do a 24hour leg of lamb and butter poached lobster

I do recommend this unit at the 40 sale price

Did a tritip that was dry rubbed then vacuum sealed overnight in the fridge

Temps are still accurate to within a degree as i periodically test the bath with a thermapen
