Pros

It's not too bulky and it stays cold for 20 minute, which is the recommended time for icing. Comfortable and retains the cold a solid 30 minutes. Never drip or leak, they take up very little freezer space &amp.

Moist heat helps loosen up my sore lower back. Originally introduced to this brand by my chiropractor. Purchased this for lumbar pain due to vehicle collision.

Cons

The velcro is tricky and if the velcro touches the satin part it has pulls on the material. Not very helpful for icing my pulled stomach muscle. It is difficult to get gel to fill the small lumbar section.

Not impressed. Way over priced. Too heavy and cumbersome to use.

Quality is excellent and it certainly reduces pain attributed to inflammation

Over the years i have invested a lot of money turning to find quality ice packs

Havent tried to heat it up but based on the quality of the products i have bought from them it should work fairly well

Fit is good quality is good my only issue is that it doesnt seem to stay cold long enough
