Just an fyi for those not familiar with this product. It is frustrating to read the negative reviews because the users are not following the directions. This stuff is awesome!

Negative reviewers only seem to be reading the instructions at the beginning of the booklet. The correct dilution rate is 1/2 tablespoon per gallon of water, make sure to follow it.
