Pros

Building the bed was tedious but not overly difficult. The instructions are not hard to follow, and the whole process can be finished in 1-2 hours. Put the link in the manual.

The bed looks awesome. Love the fast shipping even without prime. However the customer service more than makes up for it.

The bed is sturdy with ample storage space. My 5 year old loves it. Like the style & sturdiness of this bed!

The drawers are pretty shallow but are great for stashing socks, pajamas, underwear etc.

Cons

There were only enough screws for one drawer (of three). Very poor quality. It is out of stock and we are unable to do anything except repackage and request a refund.

If the mattress is slid too far toward the wall, then there's leftover platform that can be hazardous when getting out of the bed. It is extremely squeaky. Simply rolling over in bed makes it squeak and creak super loudly.

They really need to put better packaging on the ends

Went together smoothly all the hardware was there and the packaging was excellent despite the box being fed up
