First and foremost, the pump is of embarrassingly low quality. The design of these bags is highly inefficient when it comes to air removal. The bag's design hampers the air extraction process.

He loves these they are durable and reusable easy to clean and what he makes w this sous vide tastes excellent

It is so much easier than the battery opperated ones really am suprised

Suction pump does not form tight seal with valve and takes a few tries to start working

I had a couple bags fall below this line while cooking and the bag lost vacuum and water entered diluting the spices

Price

The price with the pump is about the same as just getting the bags so i toss out this pump and use a new one every quarter
