You have to hold down the next track button the plus sign to increase the volume and hold down the previous track buttonthe minus sign to decrease the volume

All you had to do was turn it on and connect and it worked just fine and would automatically connect to my phone every time i turned it on

Almost lasted a year speaker is starting to blow still not bad sound for the price but dont crank it up all the way too long

Its good for listening to music while hanging around the house but if you want to rock out find something else

But after further investigation i realized it was just a bad connection to my phone and my phone was having a technology hiccup so i restarted my phone and it worked beautifully so if this happens to you do not despair just turn off your phone and turn it on again

My only complaint about this product is very very tiny but some people might see it as a larger problem
