Pros
Used this for a weekend babysitting our nephews and slept very well. With the adjustable settings and never flat pump, this bed is better for me than much more expensive traditional or memory foam.
This is the smoothest and best customer service experience i have ever had. And, if for some bizarre reason that something goes wrong with it, the customer service is exceptional.
The latter has a lot of intrinsic value right off the bat. I like the comfort and convenience of air mattresses.
The air mattress is easy to inflate and deflate. Despite a few hiccups it's still the best air mattress i've ever had.
When i contacted customer service, she expedited the shipping so we would receive it asap. Unpacked it, set it up, and was laying on it in less than 10 minutes.
Cons
My problem is that i waited too long to make my concerns known to them. Hopped to get a year out of it. The seal around the pump unit is very flimsy and weak.

This is ultra premium and worth every penny
Got anywhere from 100 to 150 inflations before a seam let go
This one is worth the money because it constantly fills with air to hold the firmness

They are quickly sending me a replacement and i’m very happy
Finally when the first one encountered a bulge soundasleep promptly shipped out a new mattress to me no questoins asked
Thankfully their customer service rep was able to ship me a replacement immediately
She ordered a replacement very quickly and we got a tracking number within minutes
Packaging/appearance

My four star rating is due to the fact that i havent nothing to compare it to other than a standard mattress
The soundasleep air mattress is by far the best air mattress on the market
I own a different brand in a larger size that has never made such a sound

I expected to get a year out of it as no inflatable mattress is marketed for long term use but it is still holding up well with only the autopump having just failed tonight after been on for 2

I unplug the bed open the deflate valve and let the bed deflate itself while i tend to other things
