Pros
Maintains sleep firmness & double pump is virtually soundless. Super quiet motor that automatically adds air when needed along with the selector switch that allows you to set the firmness level and then automatically shuts off.
Filling in perfectly for covid quarantine away from home. Normally, there is a real bed available for me there, but circumstances were different this time. Features along with superb customer support make this bed an outstanding choice.
One of the best parts is how it deflates. It’s fast, easy to refold, and it fits perfectly into the bag that it comes with. It is so easy to inflate and deflate.
The usb charger port is a nice touch. It is very plush and comfortable and adjusts super easily to whatever firmness you prefer.
Cons

With the adjustable settings and never flat pump this bed is better for me than much more expensive traditional or memory foam
