This item is over three times the price but we'll worth it. It looks classy. My brother buys the £20 ones and replaces them every year!
Cons
Only 80 mls of water and the original neals yard diffuser holds twice the capacity. Not nearly as effective as the original one and plastic lightweight item. Not even a year and went faulty. Will never buy again from zen or reseller.
The light from the button is so bright that the device looks like it's still lit. The diffused oils seem to pack their punch in the first 90min and then it just seems to be producing smoke without the scent.

I found this on amazon from the exact same manufacturer for more than 20 less than they were asking

This is becasue of the way it works which is to vibrate the water into creating the vapour output
