Youtube video skips some notable steps, and isn't forthcoming as to the intricacy of the proper replacement process. After assembly both sticks have excessive drift. I suspect these are factory seconds or third shift parts with no qc.

One of the joysticks included in this kit was sticking out of the box so i used the second one included
