Unlike many other hydration products, sos is scientifically proven to hydrate. The dry climate, bright sun, elevation and active lifestyle keeps me perpetually dehydrated.

Sos hydration is a lifesaver. It helps very quickly if you start to feel dehydrated. Within 25 minutes i always feel great again and my diarrhea usually stops.

Tastes like a very salty crystal lite. Not like coconut water or coconut itself. Also it tastes nothing like watermelon.

Won't be repurchasing. I guess i’m now out $18 since the second package is not refundable. Never buying again. Not happy with amazon.
