Pros
Use it for daily relaxation and an invigorating effect. I find it very relaxing when i do it at the end of the day.
Cons
Bought mine march 2016, broke this month (unknown electrical issue) never buy this item. Now, it is a useless relic in the garage and the seller refuses to take it back because it's out of the 90 day warranty. Maybe better somewhere else.

Agree instruction book too simple the trick is disconnect the cable for the post from the bottom end first put it fish down from the top end post opening it is better to tape the top end cable to avoid dropping through the post
