However the sleep tracking isnt quite so accurate often overestimating my sleep or thinking im sleeping when im sat watching tv although this is because im still and it does state in the description that it will track stillness as sleep

But the watch will notify when youve left phone behind and you can answer and make calls if your phone is not on your person but still connected via bluetooth

Screen resolution is poor and you can easily see the previously displayed message in the background but it does not bother me
