    Note that with the 2015 firmware update for the sony fdrax100b this is not the best category of card if you plan to shoot 4k video

    It seemed to work in some limited testing but not want to risk choppy recordings i bought the transcend 256 gb high speed 10 uhs3 card

    That included 40 minutes standing out on a glacier with the wind ripping through at about 20mph and the camera dangling outside of my coat spare battery tucked in my pocket just in case the battery in the camera died on me

    I did run into a little trouble when i first plugged this card into one of the mac laptops but this problem was traced to dirty contacts on the connector and was easily corrected
