The one has a fairly hefty weight, a good sign of the good sound coming from its components. Even at low volume, the sound is very good. I like how you can go into the controls and adjust the eq to make it sound louder. They sound great in my entry li... Read More

Sonos is great. Outstanding item with great sound. Overall, i'm quite pleased with the purchase.

The one's are voice compatible with both google play and amazonalexa. Alexa is a bit more advanced in the automation space. Easy to install including alexa voice.

Sonos updates the capabilities via software updates over time. The only down side of alexa integration is that some features like alexa calling, drop-in, and the alexa skype skill are not yet supported by sonos.

Cons

This product has a good speaker, but limited functionality. Not worth the money or aggravation. One nice feature is it fits nicely in my garbage can.

Sonos app is low, not intuitive and full of glitches. Sonos is so overpriced.

Neither box was unopened so they had been used somewhere

The sound quality of the ones versus the original 1s is in my opinionnoticeably better and certainly worth the extra 3050 per speaker
