Pros

The one's are voice compatible with both google play and amazonalexa. The app takes some getting used to. Sonos updates the capabilities via software updates over time.

The one has a fairly hefty weight, a good sign of the good sound coming from its components. Sound is outstanding. You can go into the controls and adjust the eq to make it sound louder.

The sound quality is reasonable but not great. It is kind of stifled/compressed. My wife already hates it.
