The only negative is that if you turn it on but want to turn it off again quickly it scrolls through each of the settings 4 i believe until it turns offit takes a few seconds of running before you can turn it right off

The wireless charging base is also a great feature in this brush the brand name doesnt even offer this feature

It does not come with a wall socket plug it comes with the usb cord

Super good quality only thing i would fix is the off button u have to go through all the settings to press it
